HPK 1100/50Fully Automatic Channel Baler

Greenbank’s HPK 1100/50 channel balers are used when high volumes of recyclables such as paper, cardboard or plastic are processed into high-density bales. The bales are easily stackable, and this enables to further optimise the storing capacity of the bales.

At Greenbank Waste Solutions all of our automatic balers are designed to make heavy-duty bales for maximum payloads. The HPK 1100/50 baler is 2.4 metres in height with a feed opening of 1.6m by 1.05m. This specific baler can be used for several materials and requires a minimum wire consumption.

The HPK 11/50 channel baler offers a compaction force of 500 kN and requires 4 binding straps/wire pieces. The amount of space required to house this baler is 11.7m by 2.95m and it’s important to ensure this area is available. All bales are ergonomically sized to efficiently stack in containers and curtain-sided vehicles.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, a range of loading options such as conveyor systems, bin lifters and pneumatic conveying systems are available. Please scroll down to see visuals of our most popular loading methods.

I contacted the Greenbank team regarding the purchase of a new baler for our cardboard recycling operation. Following my initial enquiry, you visited the site to assess the available space, take measurements, and discuss the options best suited to our requirements. After the visit, I requested a quotation, which was extremely detailed and included all relevant specifications and drawings.

Once the quotation had been reviewed, I attended several meetings within my company to justify the expenditure. Following approval, I proceeded with placing the order.
Last week, you returned to site with an engineer and sales representative to carry out a further review and ensure everything remained suitable following the initial survey and quotation process.

Overall, my experience with Greenbank has been very positive. The professionalism, attention to detail, and support provided throughout the process have been excellent. I am now looking forward to the delivery and installation of the new baler.
