99% First Time Fix Rate – July 2017
Although July was a very busy month for our service team, we were still able to achieve a 99% first-time fix rate and an average callout time of 14 hours.
Our priority has always been to minimise the amount of downtime for our customers. We wouldn’t be able to complete this without our field engineers who are prepared to go the extra mile on a daily basis.
During July, Greenbank’s lead engineer, Will Bennet, worked closely with field engineer Phil Ellis, teaching him the fundamentals of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic principles on waste equipment. Since the training, Phil has achieved a 100% first-time fix rate.
