About the role

At Greenbank the Sales Support Executive, is the supportive force that empowers our Technical Sales Team on the road. Given the changing nature of the sales strategy, we rely on our Sales Support Executive for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences with our key suppliers and customers, supporting the Sales Manager in all procedures and planning.

The position demands exceptional time management skills and proactive nature. With a primary responsibility of driving the Sales team, providing support to ensure that company sales goals and objectives are accomplished, and the sales processes run efficiently. Manage communication between customers and the sales team, liaising with internal and external suppliers on various projects and tasks. Plan and coordinate work to ensure the sales teams priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and financial targets are delivered. This is a pivotal role in the success of the overall business commercial strategy and provides opportunity for a driven candidate to grow their career path within the Greenbank Group.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Manage the Technical Sales Consultants inbox and ensure all urgent emails are actioned as required
  • Assist in tracking sales numbers and holding the sales team to account – follow up when required
  • Chair daily meetings with all of the Technical Sales Consultants to manage their schedule and activities as required
  • Support the Sales Manager in hosting sales meetings, following the Greenbank Sales process at all times
  • Managing the Sales pipeline and holding the Technical Sales Consultants accountable for their tasks and activities
  • Support the Sales Manager with commercial projects to drive efficiencies and revenue.
  • Proactively plan and co-ordinate the appointments for the sales team
  • Support in managing the lease companies to get the best rates available and deliver the financial goal for Greenbank to receive a rebate
  • Keep Salesforce up to date and accurate for all sales activity
  • Deliver personal KPI’s and revenue target to achieve the overall business goal
  • Provide a weekly report every Friday for all sales activity
