Small Balers Are Easy to Place
The small balers we supply — as the name suggests — are compact in size. Thanks to their small design, they take up little space and you can successfully set them up in places with limited room.
These types of machines allow you to reduce waste to small, handy and light bales, which you can transport and store without the use of specialised equipment. Employees can manually handle bales produced in the smallest B3 balers or slightly larger B4 balers. This reduces the investment and operating costs associated with using forklifts to transport bales.
The weight of the produced bale in the B3 and B4 balers ranges from 30 to 60 kg (cardboard) and from 40 to 70 kg (foil). Thanks to the correct configuration, small balers can produce bales weighing up to 60-70 kg. For this reason, the small baler is a perfect solution for small stores, restaurants, petrol stations or other small-area commercial facilities. The B3 and B4 balers are very efficient, producing small bales with a high waste density.
When You Should Invest in Medium and Larger Waste Balers
Investing in large mill size balers is a great way to reduce waste and the workload associated with storing and transporting loose recyclables. The compaction of larger quantities of material facilitates warehousing processes, making it easy to store and significantly reduces transport costs.
For example, some of our balers — primarily our B20 or B30 models — weigh between 200 to 350 kg (cardboard) and 250 to 450 kg (foil). Such bales can be easily removed from the machine, transported on forklifts and stored on pallets.
The largest machines are our B50 and X50 balers. They produce bales weighing between 400 to 450 kg (cardboard) and 450 to 500 kg (foil). You can even adjust the bale weight easily during setup.
A large baler will work primarily in companies that have more storage space. Large bales are ejected onto pallets and can only be transported and stored using forklifts. However, larger bale sizes reduce the time needed to load bales for transport and lower waste transport costs to the recyclers. Thanks to this, you can save both time and money on waste management.
