HPK 1100/50 Fully Automatic Channel Baler
Greenbank’s HPK fully automatic balers are used when high volumes of recyclables such as paper, cardboard or plastic are processed into high-density bales. The bales are easily stackable, and this enables to further optimize the storing capacity of the bales.
At Greenbank Waste Solutions all of our automatic balers are designed to make heavy duty bales for maximum payloads. The HPK 1100/50 Fully Automatic Baler is 2.4 metres in height with a feed opening of 1.6m by 1.05m. This specific baler can be used for a number of materials and requires a minimum wire consumption.
The HPK 11/50 offers a compaction force of 500 kN and requires 4 binding straps/wire pieces. The amount of space required to house this baler is 11.7m by 2.95m and it’s important to ensure this area is available. All bales are ergonomically sized to efficiently stack in containers and curtain-sided vehicles.
