Get to know Elliot Graham, Greenbank’s Customer Service Coordinator
What is your role within the company?
My role within Greenbank is Customer Service Coordinator and to provide assistance to the service manager. I look after the fleet of engineers out on the road and coordinate breakdowns, servicing & maintenance on a daily basis to ensure customers’ needs are met.
How long have you been at Greenbank?
I am approaching my 6th year at Greenbank
What do you enjoy most about your role?
The thing I enjoy most about my role is the interaction with the engineers and clients, being able to build friendships as well as customer relationships. If you don’t have that human interaction with your customers then we may as well be a company run by robots.
What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I have a very active life outside of work, ranging from doing various sports, finding time to socialise with friends and family & traveling to new places whenever I can.
What is your favourite film, hobby and sport?
My favourite film is The Dark Knight, I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to DC Comic Films. Football is a big part of my life as I have played, watched and supported it for as long as I can remember. It’s a bond I share closely with my Dad. We have played alongside each other as Father & Son for a long time and he’s taught me everything I know.
