We aim to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. As an After Sales Administrator your main responsibilities will be to support the After Sales Team to provide excellent customer service.

The role:

  • Complete administration tasks within Greenbank’s service standards
  • Handling telephone calls and customer emails, queries in line with documented procedures
  • Ensure key account records are accurately maintained
  • Dealing with all key account queries, both from internal and external sources
  • Support with rental and lease fleet maintenance
  • Support with the After Sales process, contacting customers for quality checks
  • Achieve targets to maintain productivity, quality, and contractual service level agreements.
  • Manage own workload effectively and prioritise accordingly to meet targets.
  • Accurately complete any quality/productivity documentation required
  • Processing service reports

  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Someone who is punctual and reliable
  • Knowledge of MS package
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable
