In Case Of An Emergency, Is Your Waste Equipment Covered?

Most businesses depend on their machinery, but surprisingly many do not have a service plan in place to protect their equipment from breakdowns. Downtime can be costly and time consuming to fix.

There are two ways to combat costly breakdowns:

  1. Preventative maintenance – regularly service your equipment to keep it in good working order. Well looked after machines break down less and operate more efficiently.
  2. Have a service plan in place – breakdowns are unpredictable and any machine is susceptible. Mitigate the damages by knowing you have expert engineers who can be called out to repair any problems at short notice.

What service plans are available?

Greenbank offer various levels of service and maintenance plan to suit any budget:

Standard Service

This package covers planned preventative maintenance, including 1-4 preventative maintenance service visits per year. Services are carried out at regular intervals throughout the year and the number of services will vary depending on the type of machine and usage. Each service visit includes a total machine health-check for both electrical and hydraulic safety.

With the Standard Service package you get:

  • 1-4 site visits per annum
  • Service carried out by trained technicians
  • Grease
  • Oil (max 5 litres)
  • High priority for call-out
  • Certificate of inspection

Call-outs for breakdowns, parts and out of hours calls will be billed separately if they are needed.


This package includes everything in the Standard Service package, as well as covering your machine in the unlikely case of breakdowns or failures. Mastercare cover includes all parts, travel time, onsite labour and allows unlimited call-outs during working hours for failures caused by fair wear and tear.

Mastercare XP

For a more economical option, we offer Mastercare XP. This offers the benefits of Mastercare shown above, but does not cover parts. A great option for peace of mind on a tighter budget


Owl Assistance

Owl Assistance is an add-on that gives you 24/7 access to call outs. Ask for this on top of your service package and you’ll have complete peace of mind that you’re covered all day, every day.

Service Plus

Service Plus is an optional add-on that guarantees you faster response times. If you want to make sure downtime is at an absolute minimum, Service Plus gives you priority access to our nationwide team of engineers so that you can get up and running again in no time.

Is it worth upgrading to Mastercare?

Currently, 66.6% of all machines on contract with us are covered by Mastercare. With this package, customers get unlimited call outs and full technical support. This means they can maximise uptime and there’s no need to worry about expensive repair bills.

How are the service plans priced?

The price of a service plan depends on a number of factors. We offer discounts based on the number of machines you have and the length of your plan. We’re always happy to provide a free quote so you can see exactly what you will pay.

Our different levels of cover means there is something to suit everyone. We offer monthly or quarterly payments as well as rolling contracts to fit your needs.
