Frequently asked questions
Operatives should carry out daily maintenance tasks, guided by the checklist provided to them upon machine installation. We will also provide training to a member of your staff on how to complete these tasks. It’s recommended to have trained engineers make periodic visits throughout the year. These visits encompass thorough inspections of both electrical and hydraulic components, an overall health assessment, as well as re-greasing and
replenishing oil levels as needed.
Balers are constantly in use especially if your company produces high volumes of waste, so it’s only natural that they will experience some degree of wear and tear. Baling machine maintenance is a key factor if you wish to keep these machines in their optimal state and to avoid breakdowns which could bring your entire waste management operation to a standstill.
