CC40VFully Automatic Baler

CC automatic balers are used to produce stable, high-density bales from recyclables such as paper, cardboard, and plastics where only limited space is available. Due to their compact design CC Greenbank channel balers, require little space.

Greenbank’s CC40V machine measures under 5 metres including the run-off table, saving approx 4 meters in comparison to a standard automatic channel baler. The compact design is achieved through the use of a push-needle, automatic binding system and the special position of the hydraulic cylinders

CC40V automatic balers are used to compact large quantities of recycling materials to make stable bales. Stable, stackable bales help you to utilise your storage space and transportation capacity efficiently and to reduce costs. A continuously high bale quantity is achieved by a system of blade and counter-blade.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, a range of loading options such as bin lifters, through the wall chutes, pneumatic conveying systems, belt conveyors or any other feeder systems can be employed.
