All our Channel Balers are designed to make heavy duty bales for maximum payloads. All bales are ergonomically sized to efficiently stack in containers and curtain-sided vehicles.

Guaranteed powerful performance – The compact design and minimum wire consumption is achieved through the use of a push needle, automatic binding system, the hydraulic central drive helps save energy thanks to its demand-controlled axial piston pump and the compaction density of the material is kept constant by an automatic channel adjustment.

Feeding

Feeding can be controlled by photocells or laser in the hopper.

Bales

Bales can be tied either in 5x horizontal or 5x vertical direction.

  • The press chamber is made of wear-resistant sheet metal.
  • This shearing baler can be equipped with two side flaps for better feed control.
  • There is a choice of single material control system or multi-material (up to 20) including proportional pressure control. Operator has the option of selecting any of the pre-set programmes for automated operation or if required these setting can be adjusted and stored manually.

High volume channel balers can process a variety of materials, including the following: aluminum cans, cardboard, plastic foil, mixed paper, wood chips, PET, RDF, HDPE, high grade paper and OCC trims. If you’re going to be switching between different materials often, ensure that the baler is cleaned out in-between uses so that waste contamination is avoided.

We offer three convenient purchase options for our high volume channel balers:

  1. Rental:
    • Payment Terms: A monthly invoice paid via direct debit on the first of every month.
  2. Lease:
    • Payment Terms: A quarterly invoice paid via direct debit to Siemens. 
  3. Outright Purchase:
    • Option 1: 3-Stage Payment Process:
      • 50% Deposit: An invoice is raised the day the sale is processed. Immediate payment is required to secure the machine.
      • 40% Dispatch: An invoice is raised the day the sale is processed. Payment is required before dispatching the machine, usually 2-3 days before shipment.
      • 10% Commissioning: An invoice is raised on the day the machine is installed and commissioned. You have 30 days to pay this invoice.
    • Option 2: Single Invoice:
      • Alternatively, you can opt to pay the entire amount upfront on a single invoice. Payment is required before we can release the machine.
