HPK 1100/70Heavy Duty Baler

Greenbank’s HPK heavy-duty balers are used when high volumes of recyclables such as paper, cardboard or plastic are processed into high-density bales. The bales are easily stackable, and this enables to further optimise the storing capacity of the bales.

The HPK 1100/70 baler has been designed and created to assemble heavy-duty bales for optimal payloads. This is a compact design requiring minimum wire consumption only. This is achieved via a push needed and automatic binding system.

Our heavy-duty baler offers a drive power of 30/55 kW and produces bales of up to 600kg. Please ensure you have enough space to acquire this baler. We suggest a minimum of 11.7m by 2.95m. This energy-saving machine ensures bales are ergonomically sized to be efficiently stacked in relevant containers and curtain-sided vehicles.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, a range of loading options such as conveyor systems, bin lifters and pneumatic conveying systems are available. Please scroll down to see visuals of our most popular loading methods.
